SOLTEC: QUAKE WARNINGS OF MAJOR SCALE

In light I AM Cohan (Professor) Anthonious Soltec. Geophysics is my "topic". Warnings are my intent.

I basically come uninvited this morning because sleep has again overtaken the lot of human experiencing species awaiting the next major distractions.

I want to give a bit of information to the inquiring few who live in the very way of massive changes. WHEN things will happen is NOT up for my revelations for so much depends on who does what next. I can only relate known expected events.

In Europe, just for starters, you will be finding volcanic unrest and major shifting of water bodies. I want you to look at your maps and consider HOW THINGS GOT TO BE AS THEY PRESENT TODAY--EVEN TO THE RUINS ON THE HILLS.

People look far back into history which is absolutely so short a time as to be out of consideration except for the so-called "mystical mythology". No, students, things change because THINGS CHANGE and those changes are indeed methodical and within all the given LAWS OF PHYSICS. Land masses drop and rise, shift and rumble and depending on which side, as in oceans or seas, those sinks and rises send water masses cascading all over dry land in the direction away from the abutment (land rise).

This is basically explained by "subduction" of a tectonic plate as it rams under an adjacent plate where the one side is lifted and the subduction side is lowered. The upper side will tear up the landscape but will send the major water flow "off shore". This is well pictured by prior happenings where off the West Coast of the U.S. (example) the tsunami was experienced in the Pacific and hit Japan with massive destruction. The point is always to "run" but not to "hide"--get high and stay dry. As an example it is within the past few days that a super quake of plus 7 hit in the waters a bit South of Mindanao, Philippines and not one single report was made in the local media. This COULD HAVE wiped out the entire island chain of "Sulu" islands and inclusive of Palawan "the major resort island off the "mainland" Philippines.

Perhaps it goes unnoticed because of the major factions making war against themselves as orchestrated by the "foreign" warmongers--AFTER THE OIL RESERVES WHICH ARE THE BIGGEST IN ASIA.

So much for that but KNOW IT and keep your eye on the REAL bouncing ball.

With the recent Tsunami Indian Ocean and Malaccan Straits taking out well over 300,000 (oh yes it did), I suggest you turn your attention to cause and effect.

We will discuss that for just a minute and THEN TURN OUR ATTENTION TO THE WESTERN COASTAL AREAS OF "NORTHERN" US.

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT IN ONGOING QUAKE AREA OF INDIAN OCEAN?

Bluntly spoken: The plate in its entirety that makes up Nicobar and Andaman chain is EXPECTED TO TOTALLY COLLAPSE.

This is not good because every new movement in that area also impacts a part of the same "plate" which is, or was, attached to the Aceh province of Indonesia. The entire area is a "jelly" puddle and landmass continues to rise in the sea areas, i.e., Malaccan Straits.

You are simply not hearing about these things but things are taking place deep in the mantle and crust of the "landmass" and undersea areas in that location taking in thousands of miles of continental breaks, peninsulas, and archipelagos that have never been experienced IN HISTORY.

The quakes are slowly moving northwards towards Assam in India and it is a fact that the recent Aceh quake was truly rooted in the area of Assam. What is happening, students and observers, is that the 700 miles of the Andaman plate line is truly collapsing. How deep that collapse will be remains to be seen. All of the stabilization poured into the area has not even slowed the major hits.

I suppose though, that you need not be concerned about the recovery of people because it is noted that the United Nations "head" has appointed former US President Bill Clinton to oversee the rebuilding of the areas in trouble. Yes I knew you would feel ever so much relieved.

GEOLOGICAL BOMB TICKING AWAY

I would ask that Ellen please see that her friends, depending on us, get his writing and not wait for the next paper. This is not to PANIC, just inform of potential REAL problems building.

You who live along the Western Seaboard of what is delineated as States of Oregon and Washington are in grave danger of a cataclysmic tsunami which will rival the Southeast Asian area recently.

This will be a Cascadia Subduction Zone quake which will be some few miles, 75 at most, off the Oregon coast.

This Subduction Zone is about 600-miles long and is the rift between two massive plates that make up the earth's surface. The landmasses are mammoth and are smashing into one another:

Come on, Sleepies, this very thing happened in January, 1700 causing massive damages in Japan as the Pacific Ocean hosted a massive tsunami that missiled across the Sea of Peace at over 500 miles/hr. The US land mass rose as the plate subducted and pushed the waves back across the Sea. With the concurrent drop in the sea floor the deadly wave headed West towards Japan and yes indeed, East to the West Coast of the US.

We are speaking here of a major earthquake of plus 9R and that causes not only tsunamis but will wreck havoc on towns along the West Coast. Hillsides will actually liquefy and then the typical damages will topple buildings, power-lines and destroy roads bridges and access-egress routes into and out of the areas. This means that you will likely have to WALK to higher ground instead of pack-train up a hillside to high ground. My suggestion is that in those areas two things take place NOW, in advance. Get your walking shoes, a pack ready with water and some supplies and be ready to grab and go.

The next is to be ready to RECEIVE people displaced if they can get across the waters which will separate many of the coastal areas from mainland mass.

It is probable that in the areas of what you refer to as Portland and Seattle "metro" you will have more than 10-15% of the buildings brought down. The quake itself is more likely to be greater than 10R on that "Rinky-dink" scale.

It is better that you do not expect much help from these major cities as they will be serving themselves but much of the coastline will be devastated AND ISOLATED.

One type of tsunami that threatens the West coast is caused by a quake just off the coast which will send an instant tsunami ashore--in just a few minutes and certainly less than half an hour. If the tsunami is actually caused by a massive quake on the other side of the Pacific Ocean, on this side you can have quite a good warning time.

Quakes and slipping fault lines in Alaskan areas and off Japan (triggered by volcanic eruptions) should be having rapid warning capability so that if you are READY to go you can probably make it to high ground.

If the quake is in the Cascadian Subduction Zone the likely ONLY warning which will be recognized is the quake itself.

Since the clear and present danger seems to be in that area just mentioned, KNOW that the slippage will be triggered in both directions as that massive plate slips.

MASSIVE "BURNS"

Hoping to not panic but give more caution and attention to possibilities, I will address the next most probable events as you deal with off-shore expectations--oil well dumping and FIRES.

Whether you experience fires starting from volcanic eruptions or BIC lighters--gas and oil BURN when ignited. With the massive numbers of off-shore loading facilities and actual pumping wells attached to floating rigs, you have potential for a far worse catastrophe than shaking and rolling. Gas lines and oil conduits which are broken in the quakes themselves will likely ignite so immediately move away from those potential flame-throwers.

OTHER PLACES

Can't take time now to deal with "other" potential areas of massive hits but keep the notices aimed at the East Coast as well. Remember that the New Madrid quake completely rerouted the rivers IN YOUR TIME ZONE.

The potential for a full continental rift through the US north and south is not only likely but also quite certain as major land mass shifts trigger one another.

I get an "Oh gosh…" from as far inland as Las Vegas with terror and trembling because of the potential of wipeout of the major dam in the area. Hey guys, look again at WHICH WAY THE WATER WILL FLOW--and get out of the way if you are downstream of that lake. Las Vegas itself is as safe as anywhere around.

I have addressed the circumstances BEFORE and I address this briefly here because I promised to do so if YOU would help us see through this mission under way.

I will not take advantage of the pressures on our teams trying to get this job done in the Philippines to REPEAT that which we covered IN DEPTH long ago--please, get the Journals and study up. We told you that "in your lifetime" you would really wish you had paid attention. Instead, you participated in denying the whole of the information, shifted away and basically failed to prepare or even address the very life-sustaining elements of your journey in your arguments over who did what to whom and "I don't like…" or "GOD WOULDN'T DO THAT"! Surely enough, "God DOESN'T do 'that'," whatever it is you choose to blame on HIM or poor Mother Nature in the face of the EVIL that MAN commits.

I would consider where we said the land would rise naturally and weep over the loss of the things of survival set before you and which are now GONE. This is not to blame; it is to ask you to realize that every CAUSE has an effect. You do something, good or bad in perception and action, and the CONSEQUENCES will come back unto you--PERIOD, it is UNIVERSAL LAW. Even in a Tsunami the waters go OUT and rush back as in VISIBLE and undeniable "cause and effect".

Quakes of massive scale will damage roads to and from all areas from Tehachapi so make sure that the transportation you have available is road-worthy.

No, we are not inviting the world into the safe-place. All had opportunity and they simply set about to destroy us--this is the "consequence" of such actions. God is not going to snatch you away from yourself. So be it.

I wish I had better long-range "good news" but, friends, lack of being prepared is the most destructive one thing a man can do to himself.

I am not your Guru; I am a geologist and you do not have to rely on "off shore" mystical input--the SIGNS and changes are happening as we speak. You cannot turn off an earthquake because you don't want to hear about it. The only thing you can do is ignore or attend the thing and HOPE that the extremes of movement won't happen. A little bit of sugar makes the medicine go down more easily but too much sugar will put you into a coma. I am obligated to give you the "worst" and you can work from that aspect any way you choose for the ending events may well be NOTHING or WORSE than the projections. For instance, the worst area of Southern California as to expectations is a break in the gas line outside San Bernardino--to the east.

There is a massive chasm it traverses and the fire that will hit along those fault intersections is going to be INCREDIBLE in scope.

Man, however, will do whatever Man chooses on his best or worst days and therein lays the fact of it.

Who cares? And, "you are a fraud" is interesting response but in the ending we shall certainly see who might be right-on. Listen to your GUIDANCE and it will serve you well.

In deep respect for our team, I remain in service while I salute you for moving far beyond the expected and, frankly, into the Godly.

By the way, you have paid too little attention to the happenings at your North and Southern poles, people, while things are now in motion which cannot be reversed. Our "boat team" is paddling as fast as they can so you, please, listen to YOUR guides and guardians and act accordingly for our plates are running over the edges and swamping the life-boats.

You are manifest MORTALS and all the wishing otherwise without changing "substance" is not going to "happen". "Changing dimensions" is exactly that--CHANGING DIMENSIONS. Mortal and Immortal are opposite ends of the pole, students, and sitting in the middle of the pivot is foolish indeed.
