Here Are Some Facts About Water …
- The human body is 70 percent water:
- You’ve got roughly 10 to 13 gallons of water in your body.
Water makes up:
- 75% by volume of your muscles and heart;
- 83% of your brain and kidneys;
- 86% of your lungs;
- 95% of your eyes;
- 22% of your bones are actually water;
- 90 % of your blood is water – most importantly!
- Water helps process every biological, mechanical and chemical action that takes place in your body. Your brain needs water to perform the chemical reactions it takes to run your body. Most importantly the body uses water to neutralize acids, to dilute excess acids, and to literally wash them (and all toxins) out of the body.
- The average adult loses about 2 ½ to 3 liters of fluid a day through sweating, breathing, urinating, moving, even sleeping and the body becomes dehydrated if it isn’t replaced. If you don’t get enough water, then you’ll get fat.
Weighing too much is not about fat, nor is about calories, carbs, or cholesterol. What's really at the heart of the matter is acid! The body remains fat as a protection against the over production of acids produced by the typical American diet. The over acidification of the body sets in motion a destructive cycle of imbalance, overweight, and disease.
Reaching and staying at your ideal weight and optimum health is simply a matter of maintaining your body’s natural alkalinity. This means that you need to take in lots more alkaline food & drink than you do acidic food & drink.
THE DANGERS OF DEHYDRATION. Here Are Some of The Health Problems People are Facing:
- Chances are you are among the 75 percent of Americans who are chronically dehydrated, meaning they don’t get the 2 liters of water each day, recommended by mainstream health experts.
- Without enough water your body becomes too acidic and goes into preservation – fat storing mode. A drop of just over 2 percent in body water content is enough to make that happen.
It’s not unusual to lose 2 percent of your body water during a 1-hour workout. Also, not getting enough water will make you sick and tired. This is the number one cause of daytime fatigue.
- Furthermore, studies show that a 3 percent drop in water causes a 10 percent drop in muscle strength and endurance,
- A 4 percent drop in water and you will experience dizziness, and as much as a 30% drop in your ability to perform physical labour.
- A 5 percent drop, you will have problems with concentration, drowsiness, impatience and headaches.
- Losing another percent can cause your heart to race and your body’s temperature to go out of whack.
- Loose 7 percent and you could collapse.
- As for making you sick, when dehydration gets a little more severe, symptoms involve heartburn, heart and back pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, constipation, colitis, and angina.
- Serious dehydration is linked with asthma, allergies, diabetes, hypertension, and skin problems such as eczema, rashes and acne.
- Degenerative conditions including morbid obesity, heart disease, and cancer are all linked to serious long-term dehydration.
- A loss of 15 to 20 percent of your body’s water is immediately life threatening.

Here Is The Solution…In 1931, over 75 years ago, Otto Warburg won the Nobel Prize for showing that cancer thrives in anaerobic (without oxygen), or acidic conditions. In other words, the main cause for cancer is acidity of the human body.
- What we’re after is a negatively charged alkaline body. This brings life and energy into your body. Alkaline, electron-rich water and food is the key to healthy blood. Acidic diets on the other hand, pollute the blood and compromise cell structure.
- One study showed that women who drank more than 5 glasses of water a day have 45% less risk of colon cancer.
- Another study showed a 50 percent risk decrease in bladder cancer of people who drink 2.5 litres of water daily, and a 75 percent drop in the risk of breast cancer.
- Eight to ten glasses of water a day could significantly reduce back and joint pain for up to 80 percent of suffers, and also prevents kidney stones
- In a dieting study, one glass of water shut down hunger pangs for nearly all of the dieters in the study. Just two cups of water increases metabolic rate by almost a third.
- Again, your body loses 2 to 3 liters of water daily. You need to get 1 liter of electron rich, alkaline water ever day per each 40 pounds of body weight, for someone weighing 160 pounds, that’s 4 to 5 liters a day. A person who only drinks 2 liters a day will not get the results that a person who drinks 5 liters a day could expect.
SO, IS BOTTLED / TAP WATER ANY GOOD FOR YOU? IS IT EVEN SAFE TO DRINK?
In North America, more than 70 percent of people drink bottled water. They are drinking proton-saturated, acidic water: in essence, water with no energy/life.
- Bottled waters do not live up to even the minimal standards tap water is regulated by. Buying bottled water is no assurance that it is any safer or healthier than tap water.
- 75,000 toxic synthetic and chemical compounds can be identified in this country’s water sources and only a fraction of these are targeted for regulation. Here are just a few: chlorine, arsenic, cyanide, lead, and fluoride.
- Indeed, the EPA recently documented approx 83,000 violations of water quality standards in municipal water systems, featuring over 21,000 contaminates!
- The CDC estimates that almost 1 million people in America fall ill annually from water contaminated with harmful microorganisms – and about 900 die!
- Your water must be electron-rich and alkaline. Sadly, readily available water is acid, which will make your body acidic and send it into a fat-holding cycle of self-preservation.
- Clearly, the answer is NO, the water isn’t safe to drink!
What Can You Do? Here’s The Good News!
- Disease can not survive in an Alkaline Body, (Remember Dr. Warburg’s discovery in 1931?) Only drink Ionized, Alkaline Water.

The recipe for excellent drinking water is as follows…
Factor 1 pH
- pH is measured on a scale of 0 to 14 – 7 being neutral. Anything below 7 is acidic and anything above 7 would be alkaline
- pH measures, in effect, protons and electrons, or positive and negative charges. Below a pH of 7, substances are saturated with protons --The more protons, the more acidic; all acids are positively charged,
- On the contrary, substances above a pH of 7 are saturated with electrons and are alkaline. Therefore all alkaline substances are negatively charged. Alkaline substances can neutralize acids because they have space to accept protons, which their electrons then cancel out.
Factor 2 ORP (oxidation reduction potential - negative charge)
- Your water must be energized (saturated with electrons), make sure your water registers in negative milli-volts (around –500 is good). That means there will be sufficient electron activity to neutralize excess acids that would otherwise cause your body to gain or hold weight. Most tap water registers about +500 milli-volts
Factor 3 rH2 (Reduction of Hydrogen)
- Another method of measuring the quality of your water is the reduction of hydrogen. rH2 is measured on a scale of that ranges from 0 to 44, with 22 being neutral: the lower the number, the greater the concentration of electrons (a good thing).
- With each step down the scale, the number of electrons increases by a factor of 10; you want your water to have an rH2 of 22 or less. Unfortunately, most municipalities have, on average, an rH2 of 30 or higher...that’s a 100 million fewer electrons than your aiming for!!
Factor 4 Micro Water Clusters
- In most tap and bottled water H2O molecules tend to cluster together in groups of 10 to 20, which decreases electron activity.
- Large clusters of molecules can’t permeate cell membranes very well and so can’t hydrate the cells from the inside. The smaller the size of the cluster of molecules, the better able the water is to hydrate the cell and the more oxygen it can provide.
